Do you provide website content and maintenance?
You are responsible for providing your own website content. Copywriting and photography services may be available on a case-by-case basis and will be charged an hourly fee. We do offer additional website maintenance after completion of the project, for a monthly fee based on the expected frequency and complexity of updates.
How long will it take for my website to be ready?
The most significant timeline factor is how quickly and clearly you provide your content! The other main consideration is how complex your website will be. Taking both of these into account, it could be anywhere from a few days to a few months. Schedule a free consultation to get a more exact timeline for your specific situation.
Do you have any discounts or special offers?
All of our prices are customized based on your specific needs. Every project will be considered individually and the price drawn up in a signed contract before work begins. We want to be transparent and set helpful expectations, so we provide the packages listed above as starting points.
What if I change my mind?
We don’t have any cancellation fees. Following your free consultation, we will provide you with a low-fidelity wireframe of your potential website, plus a time/cost estimate. If you then choose to move forward, we will charge a nonrefundable deposit of half the design fee. Upon completion of the website, the remaining payment will be due.
